At Antrisha Foundation, we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to learn, create, and express herself freely. On 29th May, we conducted a special Art Workshop for the young girls of Maher Ashram, creating a day filled with creativity, learning, laughter, and lasting memories.
Creativity, Confidence & Joy: A Memorable Day at Maher Ashram
The day began with a warm welcome from the Swadhar Foundation team as participants gradually arrived for the session. The attendees came from diverse backgrounds and age groups, ranging from 10 to 50 years, bringing together a unique community of learners eager to enhance their digital knowledge.
The Workhop Begins
The workshop focused on creating artwork on jute pouches. Beyond being an art activity, it introduced the girls to a practical creative skill.
Using colors, patterns, and imagination, each child transformed a simple pouch into a unique piece of art that reflected her individuality and creativity.
As the session progressed, the space came alive with vibrant designs and joyful conversations. It was inspiring to see the girls express themselves confidently through their creations while discovering new talents.

The celebration continued with a cheerful cake-cutting ceremony. The girls gathered to share smiles and enjoy a festive atmosphere filled with happiness and togetherness.
The Dance Performance
A highlight of the day was the dance performances presented by the girls of Maher Ashram. Their energy, confidence, and talent amazed us and showcased the incredible potential that flourishes with encouragement and opportunity.

As the event concluded, return gifts and chocolates were distributed to all participants. While the gifts brought joy, the true takeaway was far greater, new skills, creative learning, cherished memories, and meaningful connections.We left Maher Ashram inspired by the talent, enthusiasm, and warmth of the girls. The workshop was not just about art; it was about creating a space where young girls could learn, express themselves, build confidence, and enjoy being children.
