At Antrisha Foundation, a leading NGO in Pune focused on women empowerment and skill development, we believe that real growth begins with practical exposure and real-world learning.
To support this mission, we organized a Corporate Exposure Workshop facilitated by antrisha foundation for Lila Poonawala Foundation members in collaboration with Dealermatix designed to help young girls understand the corporate world, build confidence, and prepare for future career opportunities.
Corporate Exposure Workshop for Girls in Pune
This initiative was created to bridge the gap between education and industry exposure. Many girls, especially from underserved communities, lack access to real corporate environments and career guidance.
Through this workshop, participants gained hands-on exposure to workplace culture, career paths, and professional skills.
Grooming & Interview Preparation Workshop
As part of our skill development workshops in Pune, the girls attended sessions on:
