
In today’s digital world, access to technology and online safety knowledge is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity.With this vision in mind, Antrisha Foundation successfully conducted a Digital Skills & Cybersecurity Workshop on 15th June in collaboration with Swadhar Foundation, empowering women and girls with essential digital literacy and cyber safety skills.
A Warm Welcome & a Day of Learning

The day began with a warm welcome from the girls at Maher Ashram. Their enthusiasm and bright smiles set a positive tone for the event.
Participants aged 5 to 15 were eager to learn, explore, and make the most of their vacation through a fun and meaningful activity.
The Workhop Begins
The workshop commenced with an introductory session led by Manjusha Singh, Founder of Antrisha Foundation. During the digital skills segment, participants learned practical and essential skills that can help them navigate the digital world with confidence.
Topics included:
- Creating a Gmail account
- Sending and receiving emails
- Effective Google search techniques
- Basic internet usage and digital communication
- Everyday digital tools for education and personal growth
For many participants, this was their first structured introduction to digital literacy, making the session both impactful and empowering.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Staying Safe in the Digital Age

The next session was conducted by Aishwarya, who led an engaging and informative discussion on cybersecurity awareness.
Participants learned about:
- Common online scams and frauds
- Phishing links and suspicious messages
- Social media safety practices
- Creating strong passwords
- Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Digital privacy and data protection
- Cybercrime helplines and reporting mechanisms
Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, attendees gained valuable knowledge on identifying cyber threats and protecting themselves from online fraud.
Practical Demonstrations by Industry Experts

One of the most impactful parts of the workshop was the practical cybersecurity session led by Aditya, Software Developer.This interactive session provided participants with a behind-the-scenes look at how cybercriminals attempt to access personal information.
Through live demonstrations, attendees witnessed:
- How personal data can be compromised online
- Common techniques used by scammers
- Safe online banking practices
- QR code-related fraud awareness
- Live demonstrations of digital scams and preventive measures
