At Antrisha Foundation, we believe that access to menstrual hygiene products is essential for every woman's health and dignity. Through our Women's Menstrual Hygiene Distribution Drive in the Balewadi community, we distributed sanitary pads while promoting awareness about menstrual hygiene, self-care, and overall well being.
Understanding Breaking the Stigma Through Awareness

The initiative created a safe and welcoming space where women could openly discuss menstrual health without fear or hesitation.
Interactive sessions helped participants understand menstrual hygiene, challenge common misconceptions, and build confidence in managing their health.
Understanding Women's Health
Led by Dr. Shwetali, the session explained the menstrual cycle, hormonal changes, common menstrual concerns, and the importance of nutrition. Participants learned how iron-rich foods and healthy habits support better menstrual health and overall well being.
Providing, Essential Support

As part of the Women's Menstrual Hygiene Distribution Drive, sanitary pads were distributed to every participant to ensure access to essential menstrual hygiene products. Nutritious laddoos were also provided to reinforce the importance of maintaining a balanced diet during menstruation.
Building Healthier Communities Together
The event concluded with smiles, celebration, and a joyful dance performance by one of the young participants. Through initiatives like the Women's Menstrual Hygiene & Pad Distribution Drive, Antrisha Foundation continues to break menstrual stigma, empower women with knowledge and resources, and create healthier, stronger communities.
