Antrisha Foundation Event

The day began with an inspiring Career Readiness Session led by Manjusha Singh, Founder of Antrisha Foundation.

She introduced the participants to the realities of a professional workplace, helping them understand corporate hierarchies, workplace etiquette, communication, professionalism, and the mindset required to grow in any organisation.

More than a session, it was a roadmap for navigating the transition from student life to professional life.

Open Conversations, Questions & Understanding

The workshop also gave the girls an opportunity to openly share their doubts and experiences related to menstruation. Manjusha Ma’am and Dr. Adwika Joshi patiently answered their questions and helped them understand what they should and should not do during their periods.

The girls appreciated the session and shared that menstrual health is a topic people often hesitate to talk about openly. They expressed their gratitude for having the opportunity to understand the subject in such detail.

The teachers also appreciated the initiative and thanked the Antrisha team for conducting the awareness session.

Through initiatives like this, Antrisha Foundation continues to create safe spaces where girls can ask questions, understand their health and gain the confidence to speak openly about menstrual health.
